Order Processing

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Orders will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours upon us receiving your order. 

Ayuki’s Secret reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Because we want to offer you the quickest delivery possible, please kindly be advised once your order enters our system, we are not able to cancel it.

Please kindly be advised we do not provide replacements.

Shipping & Handling

When you place an order with Ayuki’s Secret/uk your goods will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours upon us receiving your order. 

All orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays within England). Please note that if your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed the following week. 

After processing, orders may take up to 5 working days to be delivered.

Shipping Costs

£3 delivery on all orders under £50

Free delivery on all orders over £50

All deliveries will require a signature. 

RETURNS

 We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN

In response to COVID-19, we are extending our returns period to within 30 days of receipt.

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, gift wrap, or any other non-refundable items. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account used for payment. If you received any free gifts or promotional items with your order, you would also need to enclose these with your return otherwise we will not be able to complete your refund in full and you could be charged for missing items.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on used products or products not bought online at ayukissecret.co.uk .
